About the Role:

Working for a highly regarded Construction Manager, we are looking for a Snr HVAC Technician with experience in commissioning or a HVAC Commissioning Technician to join our well-established, friendly team working across the Greater Sydney Metropolitan area on commercial projects.

What will I be doing?

To be successful in this role, you will need to be able to demonstrate a proven track record within the Australian HVAC market:

• Site start-up / implementation / commissioning
• Working with Project Managers as to commissioning schedule
• Testing and balancing of air and water distribution systems for HVAC plant
• Fault finding, diagnosis, reporting and rectification of issues
• Coordinate with suppliers with regards to technical details
• Liaise and coordinate onsite commissioning subcontractor requirements
• Creation / implementation of Standard Operating & Maintenance Manuals
• Mentoring and coaching team members
• Ensure awareness and practice of WHS compliance

About You:

• Certificate III in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration
• Current Refrigerant Handling Licence (ARCtick Licence)
• White Card
• Current NSW Drivers Licence
• Good communication skills with a strong customer focus
• Effective interpersonal skills, with an ability to build trusting and respectful relationships at all levels
• Ability to manage a wide range of projects and to adapt to unique and challenging environments
• A strong desire to accept a challenge and deliver results
