What will I be doing?
Reporting to the Service Admin Supervisor your role will include:
- Receiving and responding to a range of incoming customer calls
- Logging and allocating Service Calls to our team of Technicians and sub-contractors
- Reviewing completed job reports
- Daily job scheduling for our Technicians
- Providing support to our team of Technicians and sub-contractors to enable them to complete their service calls
- Providing job progress updates to customers
- Provision of monthly report to the Service Manager of outstanding jobs and invoices
About You:
- Willingness to learn
- Strongly committed to providing high levels of customer service
- Accuracy and efficiency in data entry
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
