What will I be doing?

Reporting to the Service Admin Supervisor your role will include:

  • Receiving and responding to a range of incoming customer calls
  • Logging and allocating Service Calls to our team of Technicians and sub-contractors
  • Reviewing completed job reports
  • Daily job scheduling for our Technicians 
  • Providing support to our team of Technicians and sub-contractors to enable them to complete their service calls
  • Providing job progress updates to customers
  • Provision of monthly report to the Service Manager of outstanding jobs and invoices

About You:

  • Willingness to learn
  • Strongly committed to providing high levels of customer service
  • Accuracy and efficiency in data entry
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
